Method1: Remove Stains from Stainless Steel Kitchenware

First:

Mix equal parts liquid dish soap and baking soda to remove simple stains from stainless steel cookware. Apply the cleaner mixture to a nylon scrubber or an old toothbrush and gently scrub the stain along the grain of your stainless steel cookware.

Second:

For more serious stains, use vinegar to clean. If the baking soda doesn't work, dip a soft brush in undiluted vinegar, scrub gently along the grain of the stainless steel, and wipe away the vinegar with a dry cloth. Or spray vinegar on the stain and wipe it away with a brush or paper towel.

Third:

Use flour and cleaning powder to remove sink stains. Moisten the corner of the empty flour bag. Sprinkle cleaning powder over it and rub it into the stain in a circular motion. Wet the other corner of the bag and rub the stain in the opposite direction. Finally, wipe the entire cleaned area with wax paper.

Forth:

Polish your stainless steel sink or appliances after cleaning. Use stainless steel polish, lemon oil, or silicone-based spray to maintain the finish. While the exact directions will vary depending on the product you're using, generally apply a little polish to a clean cloth and rub it back and forth in the direction of the stainless steel's grain. You can also use mineral oils like olive oil instead of store-bought products. Simply dampen a cloth or paper towel with a little oil and rub it in the direction of the grain.
